A reflection of our lives in pictures

San Antonio has been dubbed "Venice of the West" since developing its downtown Riverwalk several years ago.  The two-mile stretch of waterways snakes through the business district, offering the visitor every kind of ethnic food, hotels, entertainment and bars you could ever want to experience, all below ground level.  Exit up to street level and you find shopping galore, the historic Alamo and a bustling center of commerce.

I was fortunate to make two trips to the city in 2005 and was able to capture some of the essence of the Riverwalk district.
